Information

We can place a baby crib at your disposal free of charge. We can eagerly warm up baby food / baby bottles for you. Do you need boiled water? Please address our staff in the restaurant or at the reception.

Check-In: On the day of arrival your room is available from 16.00 o’clock. Please inform us with an E-Mail or a telephone call for arrivals after 8 p.m.

Both on arrival and departure day you can enjoy the opportunity to deposit your luggage and get changed for a trip or skiing. We will gladly place a shower-room at your disposal.

Check-Out: The hotel room shall be vacated before 10.00 o’clock on the day of departure. We ask for your understanding - we have to insist on this time as the next guests are already on their way.

In order to enable faster check-out we ask you to pay your bill on the eve of your departure day.

Breakfast is served from 8.00 - 10.00 o’clock in our panorama breakfast room ”Lichtblick”. If you wish to have our breakfast buffet on the day of arrival, kindly let us know of your intention when booking or on the day prior to arrival, price is negotiable with the reception.

You can park your car for free during your stay at our hotel in our car parking facility. When possible we provide you with an available underground parking space, but these cannot be reserved. If you have more plans on departure day and you want to park your car at the hotel, kindly notify the reception so that a parking solution could be found.

We ask all guests for understanding that no pets are allowed into the hotel. Neither can we make any exceptions for dogs, but these could find a cozy shelter with friends or relatives.

Information on our village, surroundings, recreational facilities, bus and rail links and much more is available at our reception.

Within the premises of the hotel you are welcome to use the internet via WIFI. Passwords are granted for free at the reception.

Both the towel dryer and the heating in the room's seating area can be controlled individually. The heater will automatically turn off after 2 hours.

Children under 6 years of age stay for free and sleep in a baby cot. For children aged 6-15 years we charge a reduced fee. These prices are valid for children / young people who sleep in their parents' double room superior. Also groups of children, who share a room, are charged with a reduced fee.

We accept Euro / Mastercard, Visa and EC -card.

Drinks from the minibar are charged in accordance with the price list.

We highly value good coffee at any time, so you can use free of charge at the coffee station in your room. But please understand that we cannot refill your coffee machine the way you would do it at home.

In winter months, we serve coffee & cakes from 4 - 5 pm in our panorama breakfast room “Lichtblick”.

We are a non-smoking hotel, so we ask you to smoke in specially intended outdoor areas (balconies and terraces). Please use our ashtrays to dispose of your cigarette. "The environment will be thankful to you."

Ski passes for our ski area can be bought directly at our reception by credit card.

The storage room on the ground floor is for your skis, snowboards and boots. The lockers are assigned to the room number and can only be opened with your room card. All lockers are equipped with boot dryers.

We regret to say that the equipment that shall not be kept in the locker will have to be removed.

Please do not take your skis / boards and boots into your room.

220V AC, in case you need any adapter or charger, please contact the reception.

At our smart bar you can enjoy beer, wine, coffee, tea and gin-tonic or vodka-lemon for 24 hours on a fair-use basis.
